| 1) Why do you want to be musicians? K well sorry if this answer is somewhat ambiguous but we do it because Its our love and our passion. Lorelai's mom was a musician so she grew up with music. She also has art is in her genes so that might be a reason why and she wants to follow in her mom's foot steps. The writing process helps lorelai cope to things or understand things better. "Its my therapy!" Emily its a lil different. She just sings none stop. She grew up around 5 siblings who love to sing. Its also in her blood. It's really a hard feeling to explain. 2) Have you had vocal lessons? umm does choir count lol 3) How many songs have you wrote? What is(are) they about? Lorelai writes everything, guitar riffs, lyrics, etc. She has been writing for 5 years now. There's probably over 200 or 300 songs we have but a lot suck so we don't play them. What she writes about varies. Experiences, thoughts, feelings, mainly stuff she's confused about or upset about because it helps her heal. That would sum it up best probably : 4) Is anyone in your family a singer or dancer? Lorelai: mom, grandmother, and other people I dk sang Emily: sibblings sing constantly 5) Do you like singing or dancing better? We don't dance. Lorelai lacks in the dancing department and Emily does too lol. We play instruments and either sit or stand and sing @ shows 6) How long have you been singing for? Who knows since we were babies up on the coffee tables lol 7) Who inspired you to become a singer? Lorelai: oh gosh here's just a list Oasis, Incubus, Hanson, Goo Goo Dolls, Vertical Horizon, Fuel, Guster, Dave Mathews Band, Lifehouse, The Beatles, Toad the Wet Sprocket, 3 Doors Down,Jude,Duncan Sheik, Kleenex GirlWonder, The Tories, Fiona Apple, Sheryl Crow, Dido, Nelly Furtado, Cold Play,Better Than Ezra, Counting Crows, The Bangels. Emily: Country musicians, and mrs. hallman 8) What is one thing you want all your fans to know about you? What fans? LOL Umm we're really nutty lol 9) Who is your biggest support? Our families and whoever likes us and supports us :) 10) When you make it what are you going to do with the money? Umm well when u make it u don't instantly get money Lorelai has a cousin who use to help manage bands and she told us a lot about the music industry, and that u don't get very rich just from selling cds unless u sell millions.... so we'll probably just use it to get new equipment with whatever we have or just save it to get stuff later on. |
