| 1) Why do you want to be a singer? I'm happiest when I'm singing. I also want to sing songs that will make a difference to the world, of peace, womens issues (pet soap box: the Taleban in Afghanistan, dowry deaths in India...) 2) Have you had vocal lessons? Unofficially, through my choral group when I was in school. 3) How many songs have you wrote? What is(are) they about? about 20. They're about love, peace, injustice, and gratitude for my life. 4) Is anyone in your family a singer or dancer? No 5) Do you like singing or dancing better? Singing, but I'm a good dancer and love dancing too. 6) How long have you been singing for? since I was 4 years old, basically forever. 7) Who inspired you to become a singer? I was always a singer, but not content with singing covers. My aunt inspired me to become a songwriter. 8) What is one thing you want all your fans to know about you? I HATE injustice, greed and misuse of power. I cannot bear violence either in real life or movies. 9) Who is your biggest support? My husband 10) When you make it what are you going to do with the money? Financially support campaigns for womens issues in 3rd world countries, and less "glam" diseases (TB/Leprosy/hepatitus B&C etc). Perhaps raise a family or adopt kids, buy a cottage in the hills next to running water... |
