1) Why do you want to be a singer?
> Roni: I want to be a singer because it's my passion.
There's nothing I love
> to do more than sing.
Ally: Singing is what I love to do, I really enjoy it,
and it's a great escape from everyday life.
>
> 2) Have you had vocal lessons?
> Roni: Yes, I take vocal lessons at the local college.
The vocal instructor
> is a wonderful man named Louis Sacco.
Ally: Yes, I take the same voice class as Roni, at the
local college. We've been taking it for 2 semesters,
and it's incredibly valuable.
>
> 3) How many songs have you wrote? What is(are) they
about?
> Roni: I have written... hundreds of songs - not all
of them are too great
> though, some are about love some are about hating
love some are about
> hating life, some are about... aliens...
Ally: Wow, how many? More than I can count. Some have
only been lyrics that never actually got put to music,
but there are a lot. The songs I write can be about
anything - life, love, hate, etc.
>
> 4) Is anyone in your family a singer or dancer?
> Roni: My little sister wants to be a country singer.
Ally: I have no siblings, but recently my mother has
gotten back into singing for her own enjoyment.
>
> 5) Do you like singing or dancing better?
> Roni: Well, I danced in middle school - but now, it's
all about singing!
Ally: Singing! I love dancing too, but it can't amount
to singing.
>
> 6) How long have you been singing for?
> Roni: How long have I been singing? How long HAVEN'T
I been singing is a
> better question... I've been singing all my life!
Ally: Well let's see, I was singing since I was a baby.
I would sing along to oldies songs :) When I was 6 or 7
I joined a children's theatre group, and that was where
I got my first taste of REAL singing. I learned a lot
from that group, and it was also my first experience of
singing with large groups.
>
> 7) Who inspired you to become a singer?
> Roni: Well, that's a hard one to call, I mean, I
dont' remember who it
> was... I think it may have been NKOTB - but Hanson
inspired me to become a
> band!
Ally: Hanson. I have always loved singing, but never
thought I had a chance at "becoming a singer" or doing
it professionally until Hanson came around. I started
thinking, "Hey, this is a band I really like, they're
doing what they love for their career, and they are MY
age, I can do that too!"
>
> 8) What is one thing you want all your fans to know
about you?
> Roni: Sometimes I act like a complete idiot - but
really, I'm not.
Ally: I have to second Roni on this one, I can act like
a fool at times, but that doesn't necessarily mean I am
one ;)
>
> 9) Who is your biggest support?
> Roni: I'd have to say I get the most support from my
friends. My famly
> supports me a lot... but not nearly as much as my
friends.
Ally: Roni!! And most of my other friends, but Roni's
been by my side since middle school :) My parents are
ok with the support thing, but I can tell my friends
have faith in me and want to see me succeed.
>
> 10) When you make it what are you going to do with
the money?
> Roni: When I make it... *if I make it* I don't know
what I'm gonna do with
> the money! well, I know my mommy really wants a
house... so, maybe... a
> house. Oh, and I want a car. ..I would also consider
donating some to
> charity... to a suicidal teen cause.
Ally: I haven't thought about that... I always want
lots of space so I'd probably go for a very big house.
A great studio of my own would be nice. I have a
problem with shopping when I see something I want, so I
know I would blow a lot of money on clothes whether I
intended to or not. And, of course, I'd be generous and
give some to my family, friends, and charity.
