The Southwest Ohio Green Party monthly meeting is at the Clifton Community Center on McAlpin Ave. in Clifton from 7:30 - 9:00 PM on the second Tuesday of each month.
The main parking lot is on the west side of this CRC (Cincinnati Recreation Commission) building, but you can also park on the east side of the building between the Center and the school. This building is located behind/(adjacent to) (west) the old Clifton school on Clifton Ave (the one with the horse trough fountain in the front of it (across from Woolper Ave.)
McAlpin Ave. is about half way between Ludlow/Jefferson (location of the Skyline Chili, Fire House, florist & Burnet Woods) and Spring Grove Ave. There are two traffic lights that are very close together (Woolper & McAlpin) on Clifton, McAlpin is the northern one of these two, the one that runs off to the west of Clifton Ave. McAlpin Ave. runs west from Clifton Ave. (between the old and new Clifton schools) past Middleton down to Ludlow (across from Cincinnati State.)
The closest exit off of I-75 is probably the Mitchell exit. (From Mitchell, you can turn left or right and it is about the same distance, chose the one you best recognize.)
choice 1: south on Mitchell, left (west) on Kenard (towards Krogers) left (south) on Clifton Ave, up the hill & keep going until right past the horse trough fountain then turn right (west) on McAlpin.
choice 2: north on Mitchell, right (south) on to Vine, r ight (west) on Woolper (by the chicken place), left (south) on Clifton Ave and right (west) onto McAlpin.
Once you are on McAlpin, the Community Center is the first or second driveway on your right (north side of the street)
Bus Line: There are many busses which run down Ludlow Ave, if you have to walk from Ludlow, you would probably find that walking Middleton is easier than walking Clifton Ave. If you are traveling north on Middleton from Ludlow, turn right (east) when you reach McAlpin.
