Week 49

This week I will practice visualizing all the different things I have learned this year. The shower is a great place for visualizing your day. Picture yourself having some invigorating exercise. You feel so energetic afterwards. You see yourself eating only when you are hungry and only eating till full. You push away the leftover food. Meals are unhurried. You are relaxed working during the day and take all the stresses gracefully. Think of any problems that might occur or any events you be doing. See how well you handle everything. You see yourself relaxing after work. You picture your healthy dinner and spending time with family or friends. At night you fall asleep easily and wake up refreshed.

Week 50

Check your exercise routine. Is it still challenging? Are you excited by it or are you bored? Are you doing it regularly? Can you add a day, some more minutes or more weight? Can you find some fun music to exercise to? How about an exercise buddy, even one on email you can be accountable to? Maybe you can try a new sport or exercise?

The Reward: Buy myself a little Christmas present

Week 51

It's Christmas week. Try not to gain those 7 pounds that the average person gains between Christmas time and New Years. Go ahead and eat those sweets, just not all at once. Moderation. And watch the alcohol- drinks have calories too.

The Reward: Enjoying Christmas!

Week 52

Congratulations! A whole year of working on our health. We should be proud of our achievements. This week I will be taking a spa week. Every evening I can do something nice like a manicure, bubble bath, massage, a new haircut.
