Week 27
I am going to make a list in my health journal of things to do when I feel like eating, but am not really hungry. For instance:
Pray
Take a walk
Call a friend
Have someone give you a back rub
Sew, crafts, play the keyboard or something else with your hands

Week 28
I will try to listen to my body about what to eat. Every person's body is different, but we constantly try to conform to diet menu plans which may not always be what you need. You can plan a weeks worth of menus, but then when you are hungry just look at the list and see which sounds good to you right now. Some days I feel like a nice piece of steak, then I'll realize I haven't had red meat in a week. My iron is probably low. Other days some yogurt and a salad sounds delicious.

The Reward: Leave the kids with mom for a couple hours and go to the library to catch up on some magazines and other reading
Week 29
This week I will spend a few spa days while the kids are at their grandparents. I found quite a few sites that had activity lists on what they do at their spa. My spa will just be at home.

Week 30
How is your self-image and body confidence. I think ours can always be improved. No one likes everything about themselves, but if we accept ourselves we can be better to ourselves. We can want to change, but not hate ourselves. Here's a good site:
