A practical plan to make yourself better physically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally. Interludes by Linda Anderson. I also heard her speak as I wrote above. This book is full of specific interludes or breaks you can have. Simple Pleasures by Susannah Seton, et al. Unique ideas and recipes for small comforts for every season. The Women's Retreat Book and The Woman's Comfort Book by Jennifer Louden. If you have no idea how to begin to take care of yourself, these books are wonderful how-to guides. Both have a middle section where you can decide what to do by how you are feeling at the moment. 20-Minute Retreats by Rachel Harris. Revive yourself in just a little time with these ideas. 20-Minute Vacations by Judith Sachs. These ideas are more fun than contemplative. We can all use more fun in our lives.
