Riot City's Birthday Gig and Torrin's Last Gig. "Gimme Some of that Old Moonstomping" CD produced and sold on the night as part
of the door entry. Debut of Riot City original, "RuskiSka", which was also Lister's debut with Riot City.

Torrin announces he will be leaving Riot City. The birthday gig on 11 May 2002 is to be his last with the band. Lister starts to
practice with Riot City.

Gigs on 22 March, 5 & 20 April were recorded for inclusion on a "Live CD" to celebrate the band's first anniversary.

Debut of another Riot City Original, "Come On" at the Harp Hotel, Tempe. Crappy had also just arrived back from overseas and
played half the set.

Riot City's first Tour. Went to Melbourne and played the Ska Bar at the Arthouse, Birmingham Hotel Collingwood and Mayfields Collingwood.

The lack of a Guitarist was a problem, but the Rioters battled on. There were a quite a few who came forward wanting to play guitar and one that came to a couple of practices,
but Riot City found they could scrape through gigs without one. After six gigs without a guitar, Tom came along to practice and the next weekend was doing his first gig with the
Band at the Annandale Hotel, 20 October 2001.

Practices move to St Peters Studio as noise complaints close down practice and Enmore Speakeasy. First time we the band uses a PA together.

First Practice at the Enmore Speakeasy. Practices each week during February with one drummer, coming and leaving, Marco joining on Guitar and at the end month Lindsay joining the ranks on Drums.

The Punks Picnic at Sydney Park. Torrin, Marvin and Mark make a commitment to join Riot City. Drummer and Guitarist still needed.

Riot City exists as an idea of King Ruffy's. He talks about it with Crappy at AMR and various band members are discussed but nothing definite happens.
