They're
These pages weren't put on here to encourage anyone to breed for these dogs, just the opposite there are enough of them in shelters already. I would rather encourage you to check out Pet Finders to find one.
I had one for 18 years and they make great pets but should never bred for intentionally, accidentally or be used for breeding themselves.
I put these pages up before the "Designer Dogs" became so popular. I really can't see why anyone would pay the prices they pay for those dogs when they're nothing but very cute mutts. Most of the puppies are very cute but when they get older and end up looking nothing like they did as a puppy or either of the parents, they end up in shelters and if not adopted euthanized.
Please don't encourage anyone or the PUPPY MILLS and BACKYARD BREEDERS to breed these dogs by buying from them or PET SHOPS when you can adopt one at a fraction of the cost and save a life.

"I have two Doodles and love both of them dearly. They have the funniest sense of humor. These wonderful little furbabies truly have a way of worming their way into your heart and becoming just like human children."
Schnitzel is now 2 years old. He has very wirey hair. His mother was a smooth standard dachshund and his dad was an apricot toy poodle.
My youngest, Schatzie, pictured at eight weeks, is now 7 months old. She's only 5 pounds and fully grown."

Brandi is truly my baby. I received her from a coworker when she was 6 weeks old and have enjoyed over two years with her now. Brandi's mother was a white toy poodle and her father was a tan miniature dachshund. My coworker was forced to get rid of the puppies rather suddenly because the mother was accidently let out of the house and was hit by a car. If I had not taken Brandi she would have been taken to a pound. I couldn't let that happen to a puppy that was so adorable.
When I received Brandi she had no curls whatsoever. I thought she was adorable but some members of my family thought she was ugly. When she reached about 6 months she started developing curls. She is probably the best house dog I could ever ask for. She is very loving. Loves to share her kisses with everyone especially me.
She also is extremely smart. She knew from the very beginning that she is supposed to sleep at the foot of the bed and not up in my face without me even teaching her. She also loves to play. She has a plastic fire hydrant that has been her toy since she was a puppy and if you tell her to go get her toy she knows that is what we mean.
I would highly recommend getting a Doxie-poo or Doxoodle ( dachshund/poodle mix) I have enclosed pictures of her from when she was a puppy and her most recent picture. I was so glad to see your website for rescuing these wonderful dogs. I wouldn't trade Brandi for all the purebred dogs in the world.
