Top margin should be "1". Set printer to borderless letter size paper and landscape. Use heavy (for example: 32lb.linen Resume paper available at Staples) for two sided printing. Cut and spiral bind at Kinko's for an unusual free children's book. Dimensions will be 11" x 4 3/4" in. Leave approximately a 3/8 in. top and bottom margin beyond the print lines on the narrower pages because all pages are not exactly the same width due to html format. (Pages must be lined up with each other when cut to make sure centers match rather than edges as some edges extend out about 1/16 in beyond others.)
