Shadows for Complicated Objects
2.The cast shadow of complicated objects is drawn the same way as for simple objects.
3.You begin by determining the angle and direction of the light source, and then draw the triangle formed by the object and the light source.
4. However multiple triangles need to be drawn for each surface area on the object. The base of the triangles connected at the outside points form the cast shadow. This is illustrated in the book on page 82.
5. For round shadows run the image triangle around the curved edge. (page 80)
