The cheapest and best place to stay is National Park, normally cost Aus $4.00 per night per person. I am sure you will enjoy to sleep in NP, you can see kangaroo ( free, no zoo ). Bird and kangaroo will disturb while you are cooking. Enjoy the natural view, mountain, balancing stone, waterfall, cave, worms etc. May be you might ask, where. Actually, it is plenty. Too many mountain, balancing stone, waterfall, cave, worms. It is very quiet in NP.

Caravan Park List - between Aus $ 4.00 to Aus $ 17.00

 --> Caravan - share with someone, at least 2 persons, up to 8 persons per van. Normally, 2 or 4 person. That van is your kitchen and dining room too ->Mini House. Some provide small TV. Laundry facilities available.

• My opinion, this is the best choice, more privacy than backpacker hostel if only 2 person per caravan.

--> Tent Camping - Setup your own tent. Be not stingy, buy yourself a 2 men tent, or a 4 men tent if your partner with you. Common area with fire, star and moon. BBQ available, no kitchen. At rural area, you have to setup your own fire. It will be fun if you are not staying for a long time.

Compared with NP, facilities in caravan better, more people.

Backpacker List - between Aus $ 10.00 to Aus $ 24.00

share with someone, at least 4 persons, up to 16 persons per room. Anyway, single room available too, paying more money is a must too ! Self-catering Kitchen available or BBQ, laundry facilities, common area with TV, safe lock-up, internet access

It's pretty fun to live here, you will get to know many friends from different country. Some backpacker may snore very loud and you can't sleep whole night.

Backpacker List ( provide farm job )  - between Aus $ 10.00 to Aus $ 24.00

Certain Backpacker Hostels and Caravan Parks will try to get you a job if you are staying there. Will they cost more than other Backpackers or Caravan Park ?   No !

The manager or the owner of the lodge have a contact with the farmers, the farmers will inform the manager how many staff he wanted and then the manager will get you to them. That is a win - win - win solution. The farmers gets someone to work for him, the manager gets you to stay at his lodge and you get the job.

Everyone are working farm, so most of them work hard, play hard, alcohol consume a lot. Everyone sleep early.
