| There are thousand of cocktail. You need not to memorize all of it. Just memorize around 10 recipes. Carry your note or mini booklet with you. Listed most famous cocktails only. 1 OZ = 1 Shot = 28.4 ml. As a bartender, we never pour exact volume alcohol, we pour and count in mind. | ||

1 oz Vodka 4 oz Tomato Juice 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce 2 drops Tobasco 1 pinch black pepper *Stir well & strain into Old-fashioned glass, salted rim glass. |
Black Russian
1 oz Vodka 4 oz Kahlua

0.33 oz Kahlua 0.33 oz Galliano 0.33 oz Baileys *Pour it according to its layer.

1 oz Kahlua *Top up with milk

1 oz Vodka 1 oz Blue Curacao 1 oz Lime Juice *Top up with 7up.

1 oz Irish Whisky *Add coffee , sugar and hot water. Top up with whipped cream.
