Here's a very small theatre in the round, with only 111 seats.  The actors can make their exits through any of the three main doors which are located only a couple of steps from the stage; there are no long aisles which they have to traverse between leaving the stage and actually exiting the room.  And all members of the audience, being contained within the triangle, can see all three doors.  In each corner of the triangle is a pair of "sweetheart seats"; the other 105 seats are all within 11 feet of the edge of the stage, so this is a very intimate space.  (The gray sketch is a partial elevation.)
