Michael Schumacher won the 54th Grand Prix of his amazing career. Michael took the lead after the safety car went in due to firstly a 9 car pile up including 1 Toyota, 1 BAR, 1 Renault, 2 Sauber, 1 Jordan, 1 Williams BMW and 1 Ferrari. When the race continued it saw Michael take the lead even though Coulthard had grown a substancial lead and DC could probably have won the race had he not gone off the track four times during the race. Coulthard slowly made his way to retirement. The shock of the race was with Australian Mark Webber who made his debut for the Minardi team and was the first Australian driver since Alan Jones in the 1980's. He battled with the Toyota of ex-Ferrari driver Mika Salo who spun two laps before the end. Toyota's day could have been better but could have been worse, Allan McNish was involved in that 9 car pile up and never got past the first corner which was a shame as he could have done pretty well considered he qualfied in 16th place.

Michael Schumacher is looking very difficult to beat even though he was in a older car than any of the fields cars. Does this mean that Ferrari are unbeatable? E-Mail me @ tdankz@hotmail.com with your views.
