What the Bleep Do We Know is a very unique film with many ideas that seem almost crazy and impossible. It takes Quantum Physics and applies it to Theology to try and explain how are disposition toward life can change our perception of reality and help us live a more fulfilled life.
One of the biggest ideas in the film was stated by Dr. Joe Dispenza. He said that in the morning, he “creates his own day.” He wakes up in the morning and in his mind, decides what his day will be like, and when little unexplainable things would happen to him, he knew that they were the result of his deciding what was going to happen during his day.
If we do
this too, we can almost make anything happen. If we decide ahead of time that
we will do during our day, and how we will feel during it, it can happen. Our
attitude can dictate how we actually feel make vents happen that wouldn’t
normally be possible. We create our own reality. We decide where our life is
going. We can control the rudders on our ships and decide what we want to do
with our lifes.
Another big
point of the movie involved a study that attempted to prove the idea that
thoughts and emotions could affect our physical reality. Dr. Masaru Emoto
performed a study where he exposed the sample of water to different focused
intentions through written words, music, and spoken words. The result was that
the water ended up very different. Looking at the water crystals afterwards,
negative intentions turned the water crystals an ugly green color and looked
gross. The ones with good intentions looked pretty and almost like snowflakes.
This shows that our thoughts can affect our reality. Thoughts had amazing and very dramatic effects on just plain water. We are made of almost 90 percent water. Those same thoughts and emotions can have a huge affect on us as well.
