Buffalo Sabres

Buffalo expanded into the league in Tournament # 59 (April 9, 2000).  They wore custom made black uniforms and the Coleco 1970's blue uniforms as a second.  These were eventually replaced by custom white home and red alternate away uniforms.  The red was then replaced once again by black. Confused? They then used all 3 (white, black and red). Buffalo now wears the new Buff-a-slug uniform and a vintage white alternate.  Derek led the Sabres to their first tournament win, then Noel won with them 8 years later after buying a Sabres jersey at a Boxing Day sale and wearing it to the tourny that night.
