The first album from the band, as it were. The album was released in the UK on Roadrunner Records in October of '98, and was then released in the US later that month. The album features Joshua Homme on guitar and lead vocals, Alfredo Hernandez on drums, and the myterious Carlo Von Sexron (Josh) on bass. The band then recruited Nick Oliveri after the recording of the self-titled album, but he appears on the back cover of the release.
