The membership chairman will review pre-applications and if suitable will arrange to meet the applicant at the club and introduce him to committee members. If the applicant is unable to make reasonable arrangements within a month of notification to come to the club then the pre-application will be discarded. Following a satisfactory meeting at the club the applicant then will be expected to fill in a full application form and pay the appropriate fees. They will then become honorary members entitled to full use of the club facilities except voting rights. A yellow copy of the application form with passport photo will be put on the club notice board for a minimum of one month to allow existing members to review any new applications. A temporary membership card will be issued for this period. Following that period the membership chairman will arrange for the applicant to meet the committee and will table applications at the next full committee meeting. The applicant will be informed within one week of the outcome of his application and either receive a membership card or a refund of his fees.
