June was bursting with buddies!
In June, Mom and I went to Fresno to see my grandparents. Mom's friends, Sara and Stacy and their guides went with us too! There were lots of people and LOTS of dogs in the house that weekend! Luckily, we borrowed a bigger car, cause there's no way the girls and us 4 dogs would have fit in Mom's little car! Women! Don't they ever pack light? All I need is a bag of dog food, my leash and my puppy coat. I'll take a wishbone if it's handy. What else does a person need??

Taft is lying near the door, head on Cassie's leg. Black lab guide Bounty with Sara and yellow lab guide Kaylee with Stacy.
I learned lots from my guide dog friends -like the best way to not die from boredom when mom takes me shopping! It's all about squeezing in a cat nap here and there! They got to wear neat stuff too! I think I'll look good in leather when I grow up! Plus, they got to do neat things, like help their mom's cross streets when it was safe and watch for over heads and stuff. Pretty neat! I can't wait to grow up!

Uncle Lester came to stay with us while my grandparents rode a train across Canada. Mostly, we just hung out together and took walks. But, he went with Bounty, Kaylee, our moms and me to a GDB Graduation. My buddies, Charleston & Barnaby graduated from college! Charleston went off to be a guide dog. Barnaby decided that he would rather be a daddy dog. How lucky is he?? He got to stay with his 2-foot mom! My mom is kinda borning though... There are bigger things out there for me!
Mom and I went to celebrate GDB's 60th Anniversay in June too! We had tons of fun -well, more fun on Saturday than Friday! Guess who was there... My sister, Tanaka! We played a bit while our families shared stories about us growing up.
