the best binder I've found is an abdominal binder ($18 at drugstores, in the same section as knee braces and hernia belts). There is more info on this HERE from a guy who was nice enough to post a warning on D'Arienzo as well. There are alot of other passing tips on that site also.

I haven't tried The Ultimate Packer yet, but for only $27, it beats the hell out of that $400 useless piece of crap I got from D'Arienzo. As soon as one of my friends gets back to me on what he thinks about it, I'll pass along the message.

CLIT PUMPING
Very cheap (ONE DOLLAR) alternative to buying a nipple pump to increase erectile tissue size. This is based on an idea from THIS SITE
All you have to do is go to a drug store and get a non-needled 10cc or 20cc plastic syringe. These are often use to give oral medications to babies (and can be found in baby sections of most pharmacies also, although if you ask for them out of the diabetics supplies in drug stores they can cost as little as 20 cents). I carefully cut the tip off. Remove the rubber insert thingy and reinsert it in the hole where the tip used to be. Then push the rubber insert thingy in, place the rounded now-open end of the tube directly against the clitoris, and pull the syringe out SLOWLY. A little bit at a time, and follow all the safety instructions in the link above. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU INJURE YOURSELF. DON'T BE A MORON.
