Like Erloch, Caoilte is a "true taratus," one who is born a shapeshifter. Tarati trace their roots back from humans and from animals who were genetically altered to exhibit traits of both, to "shift" between the different forms as needed.

• Rank
The Alpha female of house Rh'thaou, she is the co-leader with her brother. They are not like many packs therefore, which are ruled by a mated pair.

• Duties
In many ways, Caoilte is a law-enforcer, though there are no set rules. Neither is peacekeeper quite an apt word, though she does keep the chaos to a minimum, preferring to manipulate her subordinates to perform as she desires, though it is Erloch who enspires the fear in others. She is the brains behind the man, as the saying goes.

• Human Form •

• Hair
In any form save her tiger form, Caoilte's blond hair is quite luxurious. In her human form, her hair is the color of fresh straw, warm and fragrant, wavy and long. People who look upon it feel a need to stroke it, a liberty that would be a deadly mistake unless taken with permission.

• Eyes
Caoilte's eyes are a striking deep-blue, equally capable of beguiling and spearing her "victim," regardless of gender. They are framed in dark honey-blonde eyelashes and sculpted brows, which are very expressive.

• Complexion
An even, almost caramel-colored tan, completely natural and the envy of all including her brother, who would actually have to work to obtain anything near as rich a tone.

• Physique
Caoiloch's is a very idealized body-type, both thin and shapely, muscular and softly-curved. Her legs are long, though she is not "all legs." The only thing her body, which she likes to call a work of art, lacks is the mature curves of a woman who has borne children. That she does not intend to work on until she is sure her clan has settled somewhere suitable for rearing children.

• Hair/fur
Caoiloch's hair becomes more luxurious -- fuller, golden-blonde, and almost metallic -- when in this, her true form. It is long and wavy, almost curly. It is more of a hand "magnet" than her human hair, though it can provoke a sense of awe and reverence at its metallic sheen, and a hesitation to touch it could save one the loss of their hand. The colors of her fur are more defined in this form as well, the base-colors snow-white beneath, rust-orange above, and the stripes the color of milk-chocolate.

• Eyes
Ice-blue and calculating, Caoilte's eyes glitter like the surface of a glacier, giving only a hint as to the depth within.

• Appearance
In this form, Caoiloch is more muscular than her human form, though as well-shapen. She is very strong, enough to give her brother a momentary scare should they ever duel. She enjoys wearing fine fabrics, clothing cut in fashions meant to tease the observer without being distasteful. Everything she does must be tasteful, or at least to appear as such in public. Her dresses and robes flow like liquid, and drape gracefully.

• Attitude
While a little snobby for some peoples' tastes, hers is only an arrogance well-earned. It is borne of experience and oft-tested abilities. She knows what she can do and what she is incapable of, and tries to be as knowledgeable of those around her. And when in doubt, she will push people until the boundaries are met. She will even push the boundaries to discover one's reaction to stress. In this way she enjoys getting under her brother's skin, and playing with people's minds.

• Likes/dislikes
Caoiloch abhorrs grossly bad manners. She is not unrealistic, nor does she expect perfect ettiquite, but there are only so many things she will allow. Another thing she will not stand is disobedience, and she will not hesitate to punish someone savagely, even one of Erloch's girls. Order will prevail under her keen eye.

• Hobbies
When Caoiloch is especially pensive, such as when considering a decision that requires much thought, she likes to either play or listen to music. Her preferred instruments are the violin (the "voice" of which she considers to be very sensual) and the guitar, though she likes to hear any instrument with a good range of sound and played with feeling. That said, she also likes to practice fighting. Everyone in House Rh'thaou has a preferred weapon, and hers is the sickle. She can spin it with deadly accuracy and lightning speed.

Makon is Caoiloch's favorite, and has taken him for her lover, though in all likelihood she has paired with most of the males in her House, at one time or another (except for her brother, of course).

• Parents
Little is known of Caoiloch and Erloch's past, including their parents. All that is known for sure is that they were tiger-shifters of some sort. Most likely, one or both of the siblings was responsible for their demise... if they are dead.

One brother, her littermate and co-Alpha Erik, also known as Erloch.
