• Physical Description •

• Skin/Scales
Kiku is the color of red ochre, a reddish-brown, from head to tail-tip, with wings of dandelion-yellow. He also has scaley armor of the same sunshine hue.

• Eyes
Slit-pupiled and reptilian, Kiku's upward-tilted eyes are keen and shrewd, highly critical of his surroundings. Among dragons his eyesight is also excellent.

• Physique
Long-legged like a Thoroughbred, Kiku is fast, with a springy step capable of high jumps that would make a kangaroo proud. His musculature is wiry, limbs and chest much stronger than they seem.

• Appearance
The dragons of Jiyuu Dragonstake are very distinctive in form, from their teardrop-shaped head ending in a strong beak, to their mane-like fringe of spikes, branching fins on the tip of the duo-tails, and the scaley armor covering their limbs and undersides. Also gracing Kiku's jaw near his throat are a pair of spikes of bone-white, as well as a pair of short horns on the top of his head. His wings are tine-less with two clawed "thumbs" at the pinions. His claws are heavily clawed, with true opposeable thumbs. Another distinct feature are his ears, which are tall and pointed like a cat's.
