• Physical Description •

• Skin/Scales
Orah is very dark in color, from her brownish-rose and black splotched hide, to her black armor, to her antique-gold Hathian shoulder-armor, to her blackish-grey wing-sails. Unlike Dagor, she is quite smooth in texture, which give a hint toward their difference in personality and approach in life. Her armor is glossy, her hide and sails fine and smooth, almost soft though very tough.

• Eyes
Orah has no eyes, like most xenomorphic dragons. Instead, she has the typical heat-sensitive organs in her head. They are so fine and delicate as to be able to sense a warm-blooded creature's change in mood and hormone leves. She can even seek out a cold-blooded animal by its absorption of heat from its environment.

• Physique
For a xeno, Orah is more typical in her physique. She is almost delicate in her musculature, except in her powerful legs. She is streamlined and long-legged, more suited to sprints than long-distance travel, though she is quite capable of a forced march. In tight quarters though, she is better-suited to lightning-quick movements than Dagor.

• Appearance
Orah is built like a wyvern of old: wings attached at the wrist instead of as a third set of appendages. She is equally capable of movement on two or four legs, though she lacks the opposeable thumb found on some dragons. Her head is elongated, similar in shape to her xenomorphic cousins, though smooth and plated in beetle-like armor. Her shoulders are adorned with spike-like dark-golden Hathian armor, and her neck along the spine is also covered in a horny crest, though in the same splotched color as the rest of her body. Her tail and hips are also adorned, the former with a spikey tip, the latter with blunt, boney protrusions. Finally, while her forelegs are typical of other quadropeds, her hindlegs are long and slender, two toes in front one in back like a bird's. Her heels have yet another digit, more of a spike than not.

• Additude
Though heavily armed in comparison to Dagor, Orah is also quite docile in comparison. Instead of trying to control her destiny, she simply goes with the flow, devoting her thoughts and actions to the pleasure of her master and his xeno-bond. She is not guileless however, but focuses her wiles on the physical and psychological comfort of Makon. For example, she is more apt to cuddle with him to soothe his frayed nerves than to look for a way to get even with his enemies.

• Likes/dislikes
Orah has perhaps the lowest self-esteem and highest self-hatred of any dragon save an abandoned dragon. She is forever mindful of the fact that she caused the death of one of Makon's closest allies. From Tyrach she inherited a strong sense of empathy, and a great love for the young man who was still a child. So, while the most traumatic event in her life -- Makon's initial rejection and hatred of the xenos -- had scarred her irrevocably, her first and last joys in life are bringing him happiness.

• Hobbies
An interesting hobby of Orah's is investigating every living thing in detail. Each animal, sentient and not, has its own unique pattern of color. It is similar to reading auras, except that she finds some of the "prettiest" colors come during the throes of death. The thoughts and waves of heat a creature struggling to live while splayed wide open are quite fascinating to her. Makon is his most receptive to this morbid hobby in his darkest moments, while as he watches the bloody scene she describes for him her canvas smeared with steaming rainbow colors.
