Originally human, Sylvia was captured at a young age and experimented upon using springbok DNA. She is not a true tarati, because she was not born to it, but she is capable of a partial-shift into the form of a tarat (half girl, half gazelle).

Her first and last duties are to her masters. Erloch technically is her only master, and he wants performance in his room. Not all of her tasks for him sexual in nature, but his room is her responsibility. Every decoration, every clean corner, was her doing. No one else is allowed to touch. So in a way, she is his most trusted companion, next to his sister and his bond. Her other master is Caoiloch, who has more than anything taken her under her wing, so to speak. She has been her voice coach for a little over a year, as the female Alpha loves music so much.

• Human Form •

• Hair
Sylnes' hair is many colors of reddish-gold, from caramel and honey, to russet and carrot. When left free, it falls below her shoulders in soft waves, though she tends to wear it up and away from her face. Except for a fringe of hair that falls about her eyes, her hair is cut at one length.

• Eyes
Naturally medium-brown, the vaguely orangey hue of her hair adds a red tone to them. They are up-slanted and almond shaped.

• Complexion
Very pink and rosy, Sylnes' skin has few marks on it, and no freckles. She does not tan, and burns horrendously if she stays out for too long.

• Physique
Standing at about 5'2" and very slender by nature, Sylnes is diminutive indeed. She is not very strong but in a wiry way, full of energy and able to travel for long periods of time without rest. In school she had trained for cross-country, and has attempted to keep her exercise schedule since.

• Clothing
Sylnes usually wears cute outfits that accentuate her slenderness, such as slim-fitting skirts, shorts, and slim, ultra-short-sleeved shirts. Her colors of choice are autumnal: reds, oranges, and browns, with white and undyed naturals, such as khaki and grey.

• Taratus Form •

• Hair
Shifting into her taratus form, that of a gazelle, deepens Sylnes' hair into more of a brownish color. In general a deep caramel color, in the sun highlights of gold and rust brighten it considerably. As a tarat, Sylness is covered head-to-foot in chestnut fur. A thick bar of dark-brown to black fur covers her sides, and she has a thin stripe of black running vertically down her whitish face. Her belly and the insides of her limbs are also white.

• Eyes
Deep, dark brown, Sylnes' eyes have just a smattering of red in the irises.

• Appearance
Sylnes is always primarily bipedal. She can walk on all-fours as a tarati, but her hind limbs have stronger musculature than her forelimbs, for carrying her weight upright. Otherwise, all of her limbs are very slender, a telltale feature of most deer and antelope, as is her body in general, and her head, which is vaguely triangular.

• Clothing
As a tarati, she wears close that allow for her crest -- a fluff of white hair beginning at the base of her tail and going up to her hips on her back -- to show. It is something that Erloch requires. So she wears "hip-huggers," shorts or skirts that ride low on her hips, and midriff shirts.

• Personality •

• Attitude
Sylnes is very timid, especially around males. Erloch terrifies her, and Sieban makes her extremely nervous. Tyrach is the only male she truly looks up to, because for all of his gruff bulkiness, he is very gentle and kind with her and others. In a previous life, she was very cheery and had an energetic personality. She looked forward to each new day, and even liked school. She is still socal with Caran and Gaeval, but she lives in constant fear, unable to truly blossom.

• Likes/dislikes
Sylnes believes in mercy, and second chances, even those that are viewed as the enemy. The only exception is of course Erloch, whom she both loves and hates all at once. She believes the only way to relieve everyone's suffering is for him to die, but she could also never kill him herself, nor allow it to happen if she could help it. Such is her curse.

• Hobbies
She loves to run, which thankfully she is allowed to do. Erloch know she cannot really run away, but sometimes she can feel like she is while she exercises, and sometimes she can almost forget about her new life.

• Parents
Unknown. She was once close to her parents, who went to every one of her track meets, but since her abduction she knows nothing of their whereabouts nor their health.

She had a younger sister, who like many young children, wanted to be just like her sister. If she is still well, she is probably in track and doing very well at it.

Erloch is her mate, though not by choice.
