for the Tailslappers Beaver colony.

FEB. 1

No meeting, see Feb. 2.

FEB. 2

Instead of Thursday night we will meet Friday night at Olympic Park for the start of the Winter festival. The Scouts will be camping out at the park and will have a camp fire which the Beavers should see. You can go skating, sledding or just hang out. We should be around the Scout camp between 6:30 and 7:30. Dress warmly, a parent must attend as it will be dark and the Leaders will not be able to keep tabs on the Beavers.

FEB. 8

Valentine craft, bring your Beaver Box.

FEB. 15

Skating at Shamrock Park. Meet at the park chalet at 6:30. Parents and siblings are very welcome.

FEB. 18

This Sunday afternoon is the Open House at the Scout Center on the Transcanada. Try to get over there to see everything that goes on. It is a lot of fun and very interesting.

FEB. 22

We will be starting our Beaver Buggies in anticipation of racing them in 2 weeks. We will be painting them this week.

MAR. 1

A Beaver favorite – lets go Swimming. We will meet at the pool desk at John Abbot at 6:30 PM Bring the whole family.

Beavers will cost $2.00, Siblings under 12 $2.00, Over 12 $2.50 P/S*

MAR. 8

Final assembly and the BIG race. Yes we race our Beaver Buggies tonight!

St. Patrick’s Day craft, bring your Beaver Box.

Sirens are wailing (again), that's right, we hope that we are going to the Fire Department. Location to be announced. P/S*
