The former "celebrity" whose journal you have come across IS NOT REAL ACTUAL CELEBRITY. The author/creator of this journal of the very journal you have gotten interest of is just a mere participant of a role-playing game ( RPG ) where anyone among the hugest fans can play any popstars, actors, families ( even pets are allowed )or even the most popular, musicians of any sort.
This means that the journals are in no way affliated with the celebrities themselves. They are being written for pure entertainment purposesly only. No harm, misrepresentation, libel, malice or copyright infringement is intended. At no time is this meant to be construed as reality. We have no idea what their actual lifestyle, sexuality, friends, and business life is actual like, so we are no way in relation with them at all whatsoever. If you fail to believe this is all fake, you must get your brain checked to be sure that you have no medical conditions or problems. The fact is we have no inside knowledge about these celebrities, and if we did, we wouldn't have a blink within the eye of spreading it across the internet without their fair permission.
We believe that these journals are in no way libellous as there is no malicious intent, and no intent to misinform fellow roleplayers or anyone who may read the journal. We also believe that this constitutes "fair use" under section 107 of the US Copyright Law. These journals are nonprofit and meant as a commentary on a public image and not meant to use that public image for any personal gain.
We are not real in any sort of way, so please do not bombard us with little worthless IMs asking us constantly if we are who we are portaying. If you continue with your childish act, most of the members will direct you straight to this page. The mere fact of Paris Hilton or Benji Madden having an online journal and talking about their next magazing shoot or how touring in Europe, and allowing you to read it would give you a hint that we are not related to them in anyway. Leaving us dirty little hasty comments do not prove anything to us as a matter of fact as well, it just shows us that you need to get a life as well.
Due to the strong raise in teenies and fans of the actors/celebrities/musicians that we are playing, we ask that you be a little over the mature rating. The journals could contain adult content, and we highly warn that you be atleast over the age of 13, and up to participate in the RPG. We do not need any immature role-players at the moment, thank you. Also keep in mind to be highly active both in your journal and logging onto AIM and meeting the members of TM.
