Grace reads letter from Carla.     Grace tells him about letter.      Eli wants to know what Carla said.

Grace lies and says Carla said she missed Eli.    Grace says she's cold.    Eli offers her his jacket.

Eli plays guitar in Grace's room.  She stares on.   Judy interrupts them, but Eli never stops playing.

Later on, Eli looks for Grace and finds Carla's letter instead.  Grace enters.   They talk.

Eli says Grace is the only one who understands.  He says "that's a pretty dress".  They lean towards each other.

BUT they are interrupted by Jessie.  "WHAT?!" They snap at her.  Jessie tells them the wedding was called off.  She leaves, looking at the two of them unsurely.
