We met for dinner, or was it for drinks,
as he walked me hand in hand to the door.
I felt as if we were walking down the isle, I smiled guaintly at how devenair he looked.
His japanese styled home delighted my eyes, as I ventured forth into the warmth.
A table near the floor with pillows around it, a fireplace that anointed my eyes as I looked upon it.
Gliding my tiny fingertips across it I smiled without realizing it.
As I gazed at it captivated, he wandered off to begin a meal or to collect wine, my mind was so lost I vaguely remember.
Perhaps it was both.
The night passed on & the conversation rose to new heights.
With dawn approaching he safely whisped me away to safety.
Gently- he leaned into me & I to him.
Time & space collided as the tides roared upon the earth.
So delicately did he hold me close that i'd sworn to have melded into him.
With a sweet rose & another kiss he was off...

and time grew fast and i worried about he.
And waited,
and wondered what could be important enough to keep thee.
I entered,
ohh so impatiently as the room politely greeted me.
I sat,
in the back to watch the crowd in there lovely costumes.
They came to chat,
but i didn't seem very hospitable, his timely departure worried me.
When he finally entered,
and the room began to spin.
I lept quickly from my seat
and ran to greet him in.
A familiar face did smile
as she waved at me.
And as he took me in his arms
he whispered sweet nothings to me.
Back and forth as we transposed
a world for us to be.
Slowly we did start to dance
and move seductively.
Enchanting was the starlite sky
it seemed to sing with him and me.
We danced,
like the birds of the heavens fly.
We kissed,
like a soft tide swept up the sea.
We wooed,
our voices mingled perfectly.
We loved,

He courted me as if i were Lady fair
forever did he see,
that i was in a fragile state of mind and wished the best for me.
And he became my closest friend
and i relied on he,
to wipe away the tears of pain and rekindle joy in me.
And all of this he did with ease
for never were there a gentler man
than the one i found in thee.
He gave me all the things i wanted,
time and love divine.
And always did i have a lap
to sit in besides mine.
His arms were easily wrapped around
he and i with grace and happily he'd turn to me
to kiss upon my face.
So happy ever more was i,
his love grew larger still.
And blew away my darkened eyes
and captured all my fears.
Always warmth resided by
within his arms with glee,
for i never felt my heart to die
when he had hold of me.

After a particular name did catch my eye
i thought that i might crumble, even cry.
As my love lifted up my eyes
staring deeply into them i realized,
i was merely caught in a continual tide
and didn't bother for to abide.
We looked over at my other mind
as she stood in loves gaze caught in time,
watching them dance and sway
yet so little did they say.
When we noticed that the room was still,
we verntured forth to wander still.
Within the evening air
we still did dance, we did not care.
He took hold of my hand and lead my way
to a garden filled with moonlight on this day.
And wrapped his arms about me tight
as i forgot about the night,
he walked me onward
letting them two be.
As he spun me round within his arms
and kissed me passionately.
For as i lost my heart that night
i lost atad bit more.
Hours later when my head did not spin,
we left the garden to dance and sing.
He took me to his home with him
to show me a surprise he'd made.
To my surprise we appeared within a room of flowers
and i turned to create a kiss that lasted for hours.
And that's how we spent the purest of nights
held steadfast between embedded desires.

When he was far away at times
we'd whisper through the winds,
and they would call out to us
our hearts would always win.
Within the early breeze of night
i could almost feel him near.
And every Midnight when i'd roam, i'd find him always near.
His hands could glide across my cheek, and sink into my mind.
His arms would carry me away
they could even warm my kind.
He always held me near with care, he never let me go.
And never did i have to ask
for i always knew it so.
