Okay really quick-like, here's what you're going to do.

1. Cut the sleeves a few inches longer so they poof better, if you want them to cinch at the wrist. You can leave them open if you like.
2. Cut the bodice out to the desired length. It can come to your waist or end at the ribs and tie with a drawstring, or cinch with elastic.
3. Sew the body pieces together at the shoulders and sides.
4. Sew the sleeves up and attach to the bodice.
5. Finish the sleeve hems, either by making a rolled hem or a casing for drawstring or elastic.
6. Finish the bodice hem, either by making a rolled hem or a casing for drawstring or elastic.
7. Finish the neckline.
