1)Villains have to put up with inadequate help, while the hero gets good help, and still the villain manages to put a significant dent in the heroes plans.
2)Villains get to wear cool colors like black and red, whereas the hero has to wear pinks and yellows(gag).
3)Villains get cooler outfits.
4)Villains get bigger weapons.
5)Villains get more ferocious pets. (pets her black dragon)
6)Villains are more mysterious, their reasons for what they do shadowed until the final confrontation.
7)Villains are allowed to have faults, whereas heroes HAVE to be perfect.
8)Villains choose to be perfect.
9)If a villain kills an underling, it's not held against him.
