He is probably the most similar to me in his beliefs out of anyone that I have found here. Being 31, he just can’t help but stand out from the rest of us as the one to be most respected under the NCO’s. And it is not because he presses the point at all. No, far from it, his humbleness inspires me and his willingness to do whatever he is tasked is something I look up to. SSG Derby is well pleased and I couldn’t be more so at having such a faithful believer working alongside me. It would be an extreme pity if he were ever to have to leave the team before I must.
