Dre's site picks 1)ICQ-I'm not totally sure this is the best real time messanger on the web (there's more and more coming out all the time), but it's the one I use. 2)FLASH sites-Listing of Flash sites. Go here to get ideas for your own movies, or just browse the amazing pages. NEWHow Stuff Works-Ever wonder how the internet works? A car engine? Well then go here and find out. |
3)Asianavenue -A well set up Internet community, lets you build your own community web page. Really addicting for awhile, then it gets boring. 4)Officepools-If you're running any kind of pool you'd be an crazy not to use this site! really easy to use, and reliable. 5)Surffast-Definetely one of the better search engines out there. Puts all the search engines together into one. Try it and see for yourself. 6)Liveuniverse-Seems like a cool site(I don't really know cause I've never tried to build a page there), if you register go check out word bash, it's a cool online word game and really addictive too. 7)Virtual Bar-Drink? Don't drink? are you a bartender? Either way this site will tell you what goes in every drink. 8)Mr Wakeup-I don't know who thought of this, but it seems like a decent idea. You sign up to the site (yep it's free) and they'll give you a wake up call, information, reminders etc.. to your cell phone, pager or any other telecommunications device. Sounds cool to me, thanks Roger for the suggestion. 9)Ray of Light-This may not be the best Flash site out there, but it is probably my favourite. Excellent use of sound and mood. 10)Animation Express-View a large number of cool animations on this site. Not all are done in Flash, but they are all worth watching. |
