Outgoing but sensitive to people in a way that can cause emotional conflict in her work.
Angie is one of the three constables in the unit. Angie particpates in many of the operations, always trying to challenge herself.
Angie has a sister who turned up after leaving her husband (she feared he was having an affair) in the episode `Twisted Sister', and almost jeopardized one of their operations, before returning to her husband. She was initially in a relationship with her flat mate, Rob when she started out in the earlier episodes of Stingers, but the relationship soon came to a head after she turned down his marriage proposal. She also had a fling with a musican.
Angie has an on-again/off-again relationship with Oscar Stone, although he recently told her. "We both knew it couldn't really go anywhere."
This was after he'd been caught out by Angie, talking to Evelyn Leigh, when she overheard him saying: "She's a good friend. I like her a lot but it was never going to go anywhere. Too many obstacles in the way".
Angie has also experience problems dealing with her sister, whom she discovered was on drugs after finding a needle kit under her kitchen sink. Out of desperation, she called apon Stone's assistance, whom after giving her a chance to clean herself up, later reported her after she went and ODed. Since then and the Evelyn case the two have nether been as close.
Angie is good friends with the whole unit. She was the one who warned another member of the unit (Kay Kelso), "This is not a game. You could get hurt or worse."
These seem to be wise words as one of the unit was nearly killed after this.
This season Angie became close to a murder suspect who later went on to become a valuable source of information to her in various other operations.
Angie recently made the shock discovery while investigating one of the major drug crime bosses that her sister, Samantha was involved and was forced to take drastic measures and bend the rules in order to avert her sister being arrested on drug charges, however her plans were almost foiled when her work mate, Stone caught onto what was going on and reported her to MacKenzie. Angie wound up going in as the mule herself after making her sister catch the next plain out of the country. Things have been tense between her and Oscar ever since.
