| Bernie Rocca was the head member of the undercover unit. He was the one who use to place the orders for teh rest of the unit so they were ready for thier "stings". This was before Ellen MacKenzie took over the head position. Rocca left the unit late in 1999, due to family issues and after been shot in the back by `Tony Howarth, someone who he `put away' previously, interstate. |
