You are in "Shadow Tavern/Inn -Para-:1" Zaine joined the room Cyrus: he grunts and smiles to himself once again, he unfolds his hands and rests them on the table, his gaze lowers from the figure before him as his mind goes into a boggle trying to figure out why he is wanted." Yes, that person you seek is me but Sir what Importance to you bring me?" Zaine: -His pure white, spiky hair sticks up in the air, one piece hangs slightly down on his right side. He has baggy gray Gi pants with a tight red, sleeved shirt. Over the shirt sits chrome plated chest armor, with touches of red, that covers his entire upper body (excluding the arms, some of the shoulder, neck, abdomen/stomach, and head). His black gloves sit tight around his wrist, the ends of the fingers cut. The footwear; white boots that go halfway up his shins, that too are have touches of red. This all covered by a dark, unrevealing cloak. His once tan face, now pale. His eyes pure white now overtaken by his darkness.- Serif: "The importance I bring to you, Sir, is the revival of the kingdom that you once served..." He cocks his head slightly to the left, his right eyebrow arching upward while he speaks. He takes a deep breath while he lets his right leg back down, his foot touching the surface of the wooden floor while he leans forward in the chair. Zaine: -the mere mention of the revival of Zeal spawns this dark being be forth them. He stands mildly in an upright stance. His arms crossed and his eyes in the direction of the two men. No expression sits on his face, just the intimidating force of evil overcoming the area in which he stands forth. Cyrus: His eyes open wide as he gasps for breath, this being very shocking sense Zeal had been god for centuries, he quickly stands up pushing his chair out of the way, Quickly he grunts and a angry fit fills him." is this a joke? Are you mocking them they died good people but are you serious? If you are, I'm always in for the law and order but there is much to accomplish to retain that much. You need money supplies and most of all the manpower for that kind of project. Its almost impossible." Serif: -he lets off a bit of a smirk "Actually, it is far from impossible. The floating aisle that it was once flourished upon has risen again, it hovers a lifeless continent deep in the southwestern hemisphere. Yes, we will need supplies, but it is far from impossible, what I am asking is, are you willing to assist me in it's revival?" Zaine: -he stands quietly. He sees that the two acknowledge his presences yet remains in the same position with the same dreary look upon his face. He watches the two in their uninformative conversation, the fools he thinks. Zeal being revived and rebuilt was utter nonsense to him. He closes his eyes, remember what he once knew as home, and now hearing them discuss it as if it were a mere legend or fairy tail.- Cyrus he sighs " It would be a joke if we made it, Even if we pull through and bring back that very Zeal how while we bring its name back to power? It will not be "OUR ZEAL" it will be just a copy but if you truly believe in this kind of miracle to work than I guess we could possibly try." Zaine: -His eyes remained closed as he ponders the past, thinking of his family, friends, and all those who flourished across the land he once called home, Zeal. His dreary face shows an expression not seen by others in a long time, a half-cocked smile, more like a grin. He opens his eyes, reoriented his face and walks forward, standing almost next to the two men and speaks harshly.- "You wish to revive my home? This is ludicrous! Do you actually think two men can bring back one of the most powerful kingdoms?" Serif: "With the help of the son that once ruled that powerful Kingdom it would be, now wouldn't it?" he clears his throat a bit, his eyes shooting up to the other Zealian before him. In a split second he looks back to Cyrus once more. "We can rebuild the Legacy, it may never leave the same mark that Zeal did, but do you not think it would be worth the try?" Zaine: -he takes a step back. A bit appalled at the fact that this man knows whom he truly is. He turns his head, looking at him wide-eyed with amazement. He is speechless, though this time not voluntarily.- "How...? How do you know all this?" -His fist begin to ball up, and the unrevealing cloak begins to sway in a indefinable wind.- "Answer me dammit!" Serif: -the man lets off a bit of a smirk, a thin streak of a white light slowly moving over the teal orbs that form his pupils. He looks up at the Zealian, letting off a bit of a laugh. "If you remember back, when you were just a boy, there was a Prophet, Older then I, yet we had similar physical appearances. He died a few days before 'The Awakening'" he stays vague, as to not inform everyone of the past they are speaking. "I am his reincarnation..." Cyrus he straightens up his chest sticking out in pride. His look being very bold and loyal." First for money and maybe some respect to the higher importance maybe we should become mercenaries for gold to start us out. I don’t mind killing and maybe we can recruit on the way. We can start out being people not to mess with" Zaine: -his cloak falls flat against his body once again. He begins to realize the events in his past, from the days that led to the end of his magical land, Zeal. He closes his eyes once again, trying to remember specifics. He sees a group of people standing in his room. Ah yes, he thinks... a boy, a princess from another land, a female genius, her android, a woman he could barely understand, and a man that resembled a frog. It all began to clear up... and the prophet. He remembers the face of that man, resembling his face. He takes another step back- "But how?" Serif: -he looks to him, shaking his head as he speaks. "Some things should be better understood without question of their actual reality. 'Tis' hard to understand... Especially with my soul being that of a Prophet who lived so long ago, but perhaps with time you will understand, Jan- What shall I call you? It is best we keep things under wraps until we decide to actually build the kingdom." He then nods and turns to Cyrus "Mercenaries aren't a way for popularity, but money is what we need... I say we go for it..." Zaine: -He looks at the Prophet answering the man's question.- "Don't ever speak that name again. That name died with Zeal. I'm now known as Zaine." - he responds to the man's question with a swift and tough attitude.- "And I don't think becoming Mercenaries will heal any of Zeal's problems." Cyrus he shakes his head as his eyes fill with spite, he turns to Zaine who refuses to believe in a revival of Zeal and seemed that he had lost most of his dream of zeal ever coming back." that what do you purpose we do than?" Serif: -he nods. "Indeed, but we must get money somewhere. And I don't think doing magic shows is going to fund the building of an empire Zaine, what other choice do we have? I certainly have no money to speak of..." Zaine: -He listens to the two and stands in complete silence for a few moments then answers empathetically.- "I guess there is nothing else we can do." -his head drops down, he closes his eyes and begins to wonder why he is here. He knows that the kingdom he remembers never can be what it was... nor will it be. He looks up again, opening his eyes.- "Let's do it then." Serif: "Then it's settled. We'll all have to keep our ears out, if you hear of a bounty for any head you take up the offer, the more money the easier it will be to rebuild this empire, and I know it's not going to be anytime soon... Try and make allies in the mean time, we don't need anyone interfering..." he breaths in deeply, looking around slowly, trying to think of how many they'll end up killing to get enough money for this. Cyrus he taps the table with his fingers thinking than gets a stupid idea in his head, he slams his palm of his hand on the table " we could get like a sponsor to keep us in good condition. Like a semi king? Rich man to help us" Serif: Anything is better then killing others of this realm, that would only decrease our Karma, We'd be a notorious kingdom for exclusive mercenaries, not an enchanted empire that ruled an entire world... Zaine: "So, you insist we become someone else's servants? You wish the Kingdom of Zeal to become someone else’s?" -he questions Cyrus with an angry tone. He himself will never let his Kingdom be ruled by another non-Zellian.- "That will not do!" Cyrus: No, I don’t mean a servant I’m saying talk to a lesser king we can already get allies. Like lets find another group to maybe help us another guild if it’s possible. Just for now. Zaine: -he looks at the prophet.- "I agree, we shouldn't kill, but we will not sell stocks of our Kingdom!" -he hears what Cyrus means and shakes his head agreeing.- "Yes sir Knight, that makes sense. I do agree that is the best plan." Serif: "Think about this Zaine, if we get help from other powers at this time, not only will that build a background for our empire to fall on, but it will fund the building of ours and also create a relationship with others. That would set up a great foundation for any land in my mind. Just because we ask for help now doesn't mean we can't 'Save' the kingdom later by killing Mercenaries sent to kill them, or some other divertive plan. We could pay them back, then break off all ties..." Cyrus: But what if greed becomes of our allies? Zaine: -He nods his head again at the prophet agreeing with the man.- "Yes, than that is our best bet." Serif: "If Greed overwhelms our allies then they are our beast to slay. If we are to eventually become the Zeal that once flourished we must show our powers and not allow such a thing to happen." Zaine: -he nods remembering the power that the Prophet he remembers once had... and the power he now holds- "Yes... that's what we must do." -he balls up his fist once more, again, his face being overtaken by an unfamiliar smirk.- Cyrus left the room Zaine: -He looks to Cyrus, watching the man dissipate into thin air right in front of him. The smirk on his face fades with the man. Zaine turns to Serif and stands quietly again; waiting for the man to say something, something that may spark a distant memory of his. Then that sparks a question from Zaine to the man.- "Prophet, do you remember memories of your prior life?" -he stands silently waiting for the answer.- Serif: "Nearly every moment that he lived... Why do you ask?" he keeps his hands together before him, the tips of his fingers touching as he looks up at him, arching an eyebrow with a bit of curiosity sparking in his eyes as to where this is leading. Zaine: -Zaine answers, though no real reason is needed.- "Just curious... my memory is not as well as another man's may be. When I was trapped in Dark(Black) Omen I was tossed and thrown from different Times and Dimensions. Things you wouldn't even imagine I saw... now all I can remember are those things... no longer can I remember all those memories that once meant something to me." -he lowers his head, closing his eyes, beginning to ponder on the creatures and lands that he saw in the Dark(Black) Omen.- Serif: "In his travels through time he also saw the same visions you have witnessed in the past. His childhood is blurred and tainted as well. I am guessing it's either the voluntary forgetfulness of what his Mother caused, or possibly the doing of Ozzy, the man who found him in the Middle Ages... I don't know where to pin point it really... But as far as his memory went back then, it is still intact now." Zaine: -he simply nods at the prophet's response. He realizes that the two are so similar in ways that baffle him. He turns and walks over to the seat Cyrus was sitting in and he himself takes a seat. He closes his eyes, moves his elbows up onto the table and rests his head onto his hands. He speaks out to the prophet questioning.- "Do you really think we can revive Zeal?" Serif: -he smirks, shaking his head slightly. "Doesn't matter what I think. It's what he thinks. That's all he wanted was to have that kingdom back. That's half the reason he was reincarnated through me. As far as it's creation is concerned it can and most likely will happen... As far as it's enchanting greatness... That cannot be determined until the kingdom has been built."
