These bracelets were created to keep the wearers from being teleported against their will. They’re fairly plain silver bracelets with a blue gem embedded in the metal. Because of trouble in the past, the following is a little explanation of “against their will.”

The person cannot be teleported or moved around in anyway such as dimension doors and other psionic or magical forms of movement related to teleportation. The bracelet nulls any attempts and keeps the wearer there while only the person teleporting teleports. This includes times when the person doesn’t know about the teleport and so hasn’t given his consent of the teleport. So you pretty much have to ask before teleporting someone wearing one of these bracelets around. Also these bracelets cannot be removed in any way other than the command word which only a couple people know and no, they aren’t telling anyone these command words unless there’s a dire need to have the bracelet removed. You cannot remove them by cutting off the person’s arm because of an enchantment on it. So in other words, you can’t remove the arm at all. This goes for both physical and magical means. It cannot be simply dispelled, either. Kessell tried that and well, it didn’t work because of other enchantments on the bracelet. They are there for the protection of the wearer. The gem on the bracelet keeps magic and psionic nulling powers from cancelling out the powers of the bracelet. The gem is stuck into the bracelet with enchantments and can’t be pried out or anything like that.

Phlynn has an earcuff that does the exact same thing but instead of not being able to cut off his arm, his head can’t be cut off because that would be removed a smaller portion of the body that would remove the charm.
