3.00 - United kick off
3.01 - First foul of the match as Hately leathers Mo as they go for the ball.
3.05 - Brewster's 30 yard free kick is blocked as Petric is fouled.
3.07 - Stevens crosses the ball but a corner is conceded as Mo clears.
3.08 - 1st shot at goal as Durie fires over
3.09 - Jim McInally heads McPherson's header of the line
3.11 - Breaking on the counter attack, Brewster plays a cracking ball through to Clelland who is then brought down by Ferguson only for the ref to blow for a foul on Maxwell.
3.13 - McCoist is brought down by Petric. Hately's effort from the free kick just shaves the bar.
3.17 - Dailly crosses into the box but Brewsters effort is miles off.
3.20 - Dailly crosses into the box trying to find Brewster but Maxwell's snuffs out the danger. McLaren screams at the back post!
3.21 - Utd on the attack again as McLaren's cross is headed wide by Dailly.
3.27 - Mo is on hand to wipe out a McCoist attack.
3.28 - Hately skims the ball narrowly wide of Guido's right hand post.
3.31 - Robertson leathers the ball over the bar
3.34 - McInally blocks a Dave McPherson effort.
3.38 - Brewster sky's one over the bar.
3.42 - Brewster skins McPherson a couple of times then blasts a 20 yarder that Maxwell parry's past the post.
 

3.47 - Half Time - 0-0

3.57 - Rangers get the 2nd half underway.
3.59 - United go in front as McPherson tries to knock the ball back to Maxwell. Dailly runs on and hurries Maxwell into a hasty clearance which hits Dailly. Dailly gains control and slides the ball under Maxwell towards goal. The ball rebounds off the far past into the path of Craig Brewster who side foots the ball into goal from 2 yards.
4.03 - McInally leathers one into the stands.
4.04 - McLaren's shot is put round the post from Maxwell
4.07 - Guido saves an  effort.
