Jera Nightfire

Jera is a 19-year-old dark elf enchanter based on my EverQuest character of the same name.  She is a physician, and practices out of her own home in the neutral territory.  Because of her illusion spell which allows her to take on a human appearance, she can serve clients of both light and dark races.  She doesn't particularly care for this racial dispute, but she doesn't really do anything to stop it, either.  She is very good friends with Tananiel, helping her through all of her troubles; medical and emotional.  Jera herself has had a troubled past.  She was abandoned by her real parents and raised by a foster family who never told her the truth.  When she finally found out at fifteen years old, she had a disagreement with her foster father and ran away.  She worked as a dancing girl in a

local bar to make money (right).  She also learned the medical profession from the bartender's wife, who lived upstairs.  When Jera had finally made enough money to move out of the bar, she bought a tiny house in the middle of the neutral territory and set up her medical practice. Jera is smart, energetic, and her powerful magic spells make her an excellent fighter.  Tananiel first meets her in her human illusion, but eventually finds out the truth.
