anyway... more about me. I am presently working as a Property Manager with EM Services Pte Ltd. Our business is looking after or managing other's properties. Our portfolio includes town councils, condominiums, commercial & industrial complexes, high end bungalows etc. Our company also provides engineering services, contract & project management. Our subsidiary company EM China is taking care of projects in China. For that matter, I had been posted to China for 3 years,  overseeing projects in Suzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Qingdao, Changzhou, Nanjing etc. Our main business in the mainland includes property management, consultancy & training.

I am presently taking charge of a wholesale centre which is a distribution centre for vegetables, fruits & dried goods. There are also offices, a eating house, a departmental shop as well as coldrooms for storage of the perishable goods.
