How do you react to criticism?
Criticism can be taken as a helpful comment or as a destructive remark. While I am not perfect and I view criticism as the latter at times I overall try take it as the former. Criticism often cuts to the key problems that are in ones character or work which is why it can be the most useful and helpful. While some is helpful other can be destructive and should be respected but not taken in and allowed to frustrate ones mental state. This is why it is important to have a clear mind and attitude when criticism is given, allowing a through and proper analysis of the criticism given.

Are you creative? Analytical?
Creatively Analytical. I am not much into self expression or creating something out of nothing. I would consider my self analytical yet I add creative because I don’t always take the mathematicians preset formula to solve the problem. If I had to make a choice I would be analytical because I do like to break things down

Do you consider yourself to be an aggressive individual?
I consider myself shy yet when it comes to the important things that count I go for them. I know when I am jumping in over my head but I don’t let a golden opportunity pass which may be just the experience I need to make it to the next level.

Are you organized? Cite some examples.
I am highly organized. My room is a prime example. I have a large room which was modified from a living room to a bed room and also serves as a hang out for friends and family. To say the least the room gets very messy weather I want it to or not. In order to keep things together I need to be very organized and because I am my room is always clean and kept together.

What are your feelings about success?
I like to think of a cricket as an analogy for success. The chirp which you want to stop can be considered a question or problem you want answered or solved. Sometimes you get it on your first swipe, other times you have to track it under a bed, over a table, and behind a bookcase. It’s even possible to never get that cricket. But you know there will be others oh which you will get. Success comes easy and it comes hard enjoy it while you have it but don’t settle in it.

What motivates you to put forth your greatest effort?
A personal question which stems from deep within your own mind or heart. To put forth the greatest effort one needs to give almost all that they are. Something that stems from within creates a personal attachment and results in greater effort put forth to project that is to be under take. Directly resulting in the putting forth of ones greatest effort.
