~Submission Rules~

Rules to follow if you wish to donate fanfiction or resources…

-Rules for Submission-

(1)
Please submit fanfictions as .doc, .htm, or .html - it'll be much easier for me.  If you are submitting a background, please have background in either .png, .jpg, or .gif, I try to keep files as small as possible without ruining the quality.  If it's music you want to submit, please have it in either .mid or .mp3 format without words.

If you want a background or background music for your fanfiction, say so please, and if it's uploaded please specify which background or mid you want to use.  If I don't have it, please upload to your own server, I'm trying to keep the space I use to a minimum.

Please be courteous and flexible, I'm sure that if you are, that I'll be more eager to help and to put up your donations.

Please try to use good grammar and spelling, I will read your fanfictions through and me and my housemates will decide if it's good to be put up.

Be prompt, if you've made a mistake, please let me know so that I can fix it for you or send it back so you can fix it.

Please try to be understanding, if I don't or can't put your fanfiction or donation up please don't make a big fuss over it, if you want to know specific reasons, just email or IM me, tell who you are and how you know me, and ask.  I'll answer you as best I can.

If you have your own site, please don't submit your fanfictions unless you can't put them up at your site, because, as much as I'd love to host them for you, all I have is a 5 MB account here on Geocities, I don't have all the space in the world.  I'm simply trying to be generous by letting people have a few fanfictions hosted here.  If you want me to read a fanfiction and maybe link to it here, then just send me a link and I'll be more than happy to do so.

Please try to limit your fanfictions and resources to things that would rate below NC-17, however, if you really would like to have it up here, I might decide put it up.  After all, I have a few myself, I'm just trying to keep the number of those down.

Please don't claim any official characters as your own unless you in fact are their creator, I don't want to get sued for something I didn't write.  Plus I'm trying to save up for a plane ticket to Miami, if I get sued, it'll take longer and there might be a very grumpy webmistress here and I'm sure nobody wants that!

Please attach the file you want to donate to an email to Tanya64002@netscape.net with 'Donation to the Hoard' as the subject.  Also, please include the information below in the email, don't include anything in parenthesis though please-

Name: (your name/pen name)
Email Address: (or some way for me to contact you)
Name of file: (the name of your file along with the file extension)
Description of file: (what your file is for, as well as a bit about it)
Rating: (G, PG, PG13, R, NC17? see here)
Reason: (why do you want to donate?)

Have fun! ^_^ that's the main thing, if you don't enjoy donating or want to donate, don't do it, simple as that! ^_^;;
