Also not a member of the Jedi Council, Obi-Wan Kenobi is the young Jedi Knight apprentice of Qui-Gon Jinn. Together they are a powerful Force to be reckoned with. Still young, he is energetic and quick to action but fairly headstrong and is more inclined to follow the rules. He greatly admires Qui-Gon but is often frustrated with the decisions he makes. Obi-Wan is quick to impress his Master, resourceful, and shows the making of a great Jedi Knight.
In accordance with tradition for human apprentices, Obi-Wan wears his hair short and even, except for a long, thin braid, and a small ponytail. He has constructed his blue-bladed lightsaber himself, as part of his training. His shoulders are covered with the traditional Jedi cloak.
