2.) What leadership qualities do you recognize in your prospective candidate?

Second Part:

* Present participants with the researcher’s set of criteria for leadership qualities, as obtained from secondary sources.

3.) Does this set of criteria verify or contradict your personal criteria for choosing a candidate?

note: The researcher’s criteria was not included in this page, rather the focus is on the results of the final formulated criteria based on the researchers’ comparison of the criteria they presented to FGD participants and the participants’ personal criteria.
