History

As a child I mostly admired the artist who trough they art, gave life to wood, stone or camvas.

            I wanted to have the knowledge of such a wonderful experience too, but the family tradition was stronger. I became an engineer, moulding the metal for some years, after which I made an important towards art creation.

            My first love claimed it rights: I graduated the Folk School Arts, Sculpture Section

            In 1985 I discovered  a material-siral-made from palm tree leaves, which can be easily moulded, despit it rough structure. That was the moment when I became a tapestry artist.

            In 1997 I decided that art is most important thing to me and I gave up my profession. My whole time and efforts were dedicated to arts.

            My profession as an engineer and the sculpture were very helpful to me, I succeded to create a tridimensional tapestry; this was done by the careful combination of different elements separately woven.
