The Dúnadan Project

Soledad's stories

This will be a series about the Kings of Arnor and Gondor, the Chieftains of the Northern Dúnedain, the Stewards of Gondor and the Princes of Dol Amroth. It is a shared project with several other fanfic writers, but only my own stories will be posted here. The rest can be read on the Edhellond archive site (See: Links).

Pawns & Symbols

This is only a small borderline story to The Dúnadan Project, featuring Imrahil, the Prince of Dol Amroth and a few original characters that we share with Isabeau of Greenlea, a good friend, great beta and wonderful writer. Go and read her ongoing story "Captain, My Captain" on ff.net.

Part 1

In which a 16-year-old Imrahil returns from his first trip to Harad - and brings someone back with him.

Part 2

In which Imrahil is feeling rebellious - but who will pay the price for that?

Part 3

In which Imrahil learns the ugly truth - and has a change of heart.

Part 4

In which things are getting settled.

The Arvedui cycle: Th Long Twilight Struggle

This is a cycle of four multi-chapter stories, featuring Arvedui, the last King of Arthedain, his wife Fíriel, a princess of Gondor and Pelendur, the probably most interesting Steward of Gondor - among others. It also tells the story how the first try to reunite the two Dúnadan Kingdoms failed in the year 1944. Third Age, and the tale about the fall of the North-kingdom.

Stories will be linked as soon as they are written. Not necessarily in chronological order. My muse is a somewhat capricious creature. :)
