The Many Benefits of Exercising
Exercising makes you feel great. Exercising is very beneficial to all those choose to maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine daily. Exercising helps to relieve stress, which is a big problem for many people these days. Exercising will also help you to lose weight and burn off all those extra calories. Exercising will also make you look great.
Exercising will help to relieve stress. For example, if you had a really bad/ stressful day at work and you need to get rid of some of your anger, then you could easily alleviate some of your stress by exercising. This will help you to manage your stress well, because you now have just accomplished something from something bad. Hypothetically speaking, say a guy named Joe had a bad day and was not very good at managing his anger very well, he would normally throw things and break them. However, now that he goes to the gym and exercises, he now sees no need to throw things and have random outbursts of anger. Also if you are categorized with a type A personality, then this exercise will be very healthy for you. When you have high blood pressure and are always high strung about almost everything, then exercising is key to alleviate some of your stress.
If you exercise for at least twenty minutes, three times a week, you will start to notice a change in your body. You will start to lose weight that is if you choose to do a cardiovascular workout. Hypothetically speaking, a girl named Jen is really overweight and wants to lose weight in a healthy fashion. All she has to do is go to the gym and eat properly. Then Jen won’t be "Jumbo Jen," instead she’ll be known as the girl with the "killer" body. Then again, if you choose to do a flexibility workout at least three times a week, then you will be able to "stretch like a rubber band." However if you start to lose too much weight then you are both exercising too much and overexhausting yourself, or just simply you aren’t eating properly. If this weight loss continues then you should probably see a nutritionist for some guidance.
After a few weeks at the gym you will start to notice that you "look great." Your body should be well defined. This is especially great for the time that you will spend at the beach on vacation or during the summer. During the summer and on your vacations to a hot climate, you will want to wear a bathing suit that is comfortable and maybe a little revealing. Now that your body looks great you will be more confident to wear that two piece bathing suit if you’re a girl. Hypothetically speaking, say your name is Vanessa and you really want to look good in that new two piece bathing suit. All you need to do is build up your confidence by exercising and all your worries about your body looking bad will go away. Vanessa is now able to show off her sexy new body on the beach. On the other hand, if you’re a guy you can show off that nice six pack you have. Now that you look great more people will probably stare at you, not because you look bad, but because they are admiring your nice figure.
Exercising is a great thing to do with your spare time. Everyone should exercise to stay in shape, or even to get in shape. Exercising has so many pros to it. Exercise helps too relieve all that access stress that you build up. If you exercise daily and maintain a healthy diet you will lose weight and those extra calories, say, "goodbye" to them. And lastly the best part about exercising is that you feel so accomplished after you are done, because you look and feel great.
