What can you say about a movie where the main character's power involves total nudity? Although presented as a semi-serious drama, Cutey Honey is more of an exhibitionists comedy. As the series continues, it does start to show some inkling of becoming more serious, but I probably haven't watched enough of the videos to confirm that.
The series as a whole gets a 2 of 5, though it really is closer to a 2.5. The individual episodes are a 3 of 5 jsut because of the fairly cool battle scenes.
