In case you don't know who Tarkan is, he is a singer from Turkey who is famous in Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East! The song that you've probably heard is "Simarik" which mean Spoilt but spanish and english versions refer to it as "The Kiss" song {Stella Soleil did a terrible cover of it but with different lyrics}. Born on October 17, 1972 with the name Tarkan Tevetoglu he released his latest album Dudu earlier this year to the delight of fans everywhere cuz it's the best ever!
