LEMON ICE CREAM SODA
Ice Cream Sodas are a hit with just about any age group when served at parties or meetings and make an especially nice dessert for outdoor eating.

For each serving you will need:
1/4 cup milk
2 TBSP. Frozen pink or regular lemonade concentrate
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream in tall glass
Fill glass full with chilled plain soda water
Garnish with strip of lemon peel
